My priority as an instructor is to create the most exciting and beneficial situation of art learning for both my students and myself.

My teaching practice focusses primarily on the fundamentals of art making with serious encouragement and development for the vision and voice of the individual artist in the context of a vibrant and changing world.

I am interested in participating in a climate of open artistic exploration and mutual support. I am a team player – when there’s a team to play on- preferring my work – both as an artist and as a teacher to speak for itself.
