I’m making this perfunctory list for all my students so that they can trust the materials they use to do the job and feel good about supporting our country at this very weird time. I plan to add to it as I go. I will really miss buying Golden, M Graham, and Daniel Smith brands of paint, but I can’t in all conscience do it right now. I hope this doesn’t last long.
I am also adding some brands from European countries that I know and trust.

I did look at Kama Pigments from Montreal, but it was like finding hens teeth to find their made in Canada brand of oil paints amidst all the American brands,and it was hard to find things on their website. I believe they can also be found at Inglewood Art Supplies in Calgary. I have a handful of their fluorescent colours and they have been ok.
This company is in Montreal and I see that they make their own paints.
